Here at Witch N' Bagels, I take pride in the quality of the ingredients used for each and every bagel. If it’s not perfect and baked to excellence, it won’t be packaged up.  I guarantee the bagels you bring home will be the tastiest, mystical bagels you could have found around the city.

HONEY BOILED 

The best bagels have a crunchy exterior and a fluffy interior... So to achieve that texture, every bagel is boiled in a pot of Canadian honey water. After it's boiled to ideal plumpness, each bagel gets a wash coat (of your preference) and then baked to golden perfection.

My bagel ingredients come fresh from the most magical places across Canada. I try to source as local as possible, and what's not able to be found locally - comes from within our glorious borders. This means no soft or flimsy bagels here, as these ingredients (and good intention) only provide the best of the best. Crisp golden bagels combined with various flavours, everything from the traditional to some creative creations, leave something for everyone to enjoy.

Plus, when you pick up during Kiwi Cafe open hours, you have the opportunity to support another local, women owned business and grab a healthy bite to eat right then! The Kiwi Cafe is owned and operated by the Kiwi Cafe (formerly Mighty Kiwi) that's located in Selkirk.
