Description
Butterscotch Infused Bagel. Need I say more? Okay, well I'll explain. Walnuts rolled into the dough prior to the proofing. Rolled and shaped. Then after the boil but before the bake, Canadian Made Butterscotch is injected into the dough. Not only do you get gooey Butterscotch bites inside, you get a caramelized coating on top too.
It's a serious labour of love for these babies, but it's oh so worth it.
